Hodge Property Management, LLC began operations in 2024 after having been an internal division of Hodge Management, LLC since 2007. We are a family owned and operated small business with a passion for property management. Our company was founded with the primary focus being client relationships and reliability.

Throughout the years, we have had the privilege of managing various types of community associations in the greater Tampa Bay area including condominiums, homeowners' associations, medical offices, marinas and the various amenities these communities offer. Our team is well equipped to handle the needs of community living as well as develop comprehensive plans for capital improvement projects.
