Hodge Management, LLC
Hodge Management, LLC was founded in 2007 by Jessica Hodge, President and Donald Reynolds, Vice President after having worked together under another local general contractor for over eight years. Hodge was founded with the primary idea that teamwork will be the underlying principle. Our goal: to build relationships.
Over the years, our journey has placed us in the roles of general contractor/construction manager, PA/E, Owner’s representative and subcontractor. These different perspectives have given us the knowledge and experience to view projects from all possible aspects. Our approach on each project is to tackle every challenge throughout the construction process as a joint team effort and we achieve this through active communication and transparency.
Good relationships are the foundation for any good business. At Hodge Management, we find that by fostering our relationships we foster our growth from referrals and brand recognition.
Our personnel bring with them a combined 75 years in construction expertise. With experience in the roles of general contractor/construction manager, PA/E, Owner’s representative and subcontractor, we are able to view projects from all possible aspects.
We don’t just want to get the job done, we want to get it done right. Things happen, but we pride ourselves on our ability to find an effective and efficient solution.

Hodge Management’s team has completed many new and renovation/remodel projects at educational facilities with occupied and non-occupied campuses. Our team’s experience in construction management and supervision encompasses all size projects: valuing anywhere from $1,000 to $35 million.
As a local, small business enterprise, Hodge Management is able to provide cost effective construction services for large and small projects. Being a small business enables our owners to be hands-on and involved in all of the projects we take on.
At Hodge, we have the capability to self-perform many construction tasks. This allows us to provide a faster response time and eliminate additional subcontractor costs in some cases.
